Chandala Bhikshuki, Dhuravastha @100 - Two Day National Semniar
The Seminar titled 'ChandalaBhishuki and Dhuravastha@100' was conducted on December 19th and 20th, 2022. The Seminar was Presided by Prof.(Dr.) Kumar.S.P and was inaugurated by Director of Kerala Bhasha Institute, Dr.Sathyan. In Collaboration with Kerala Basha Institute Regional Center, Kozhikode, Department of Malayalam, Sree Narayana Guru College, Chelannur, conducted a two day National Seminar in the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Kumarasan’s writtings - 'ChandalaBhishuki' and 'Dhuravastha'. Famous Novelist Dr. R. Rajasree delivered the Keynote address. Head of the Department of Malayalam, Dr. Deepesh Karimpunkara welcomed the audience and Dr. Bindu M.K, Department of Malayalam delivered the vote of thanks.
Ripples (2022-2023)
Ripples’22, the annual multi-disciplinary seminar series, was inaugurated on December 15, 2022 by Smt. Madhavikutty IAS (District Development Commissioner, Kozhikode). Smt. Vidya K, General Convenerdelivered welcome address. Principal Dr. Kumar SP presided over the function. Dr. Athma Jayaprakash (IQAC, Co-ordinator, Dr. Joobi VP( NAAC Coordinator), Lt. Dr. Sindhu Krishnadas (Head of the PG Department of Economics), Sri. Babu TP (Staff Association Secretary), Dr. Santhosh CR (Head, Department of Sanskrit) and Ms Adithy (Vice Chairman College Union) felicitated the event. Smt Anjali G.S (Organising Secretary) proposed vote of thanks.
Programme Details
Anti-Narcotic club in association with IQAC organized an awareness class of student on the topic “Drug Free Campus” on 12/2/2022. Sri. Shafi V, Preventive Officer, Chelannur was the resource person.
